Trish O' Sullivan, LCSW

Trish O’Sullivan  is a licensed clinical social worker practicing psychotherapy in NYC (offices on the Upper Westside and Union Square) and internationally via skype. Trish has been working with the chakras for more than 25 years and has developed and practices a ground-breaking type of therapy called TRAYA based on the chakras. As Director of the TRAYA training program, Trish supervises and certifies other therapists. She also has a training program with specific applications for Yoga Therapists. Trish has been meditating for over 30 years and is a Senior Zen Dharma teacher. She is also a certified yoga teacher. Trish regularly presents workshops on meditation, the chakras and other topics. She is on the meditation faculty of the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies and has given staff workshops there. Other venues for workshops include the Integral Yoga Institute and the New York Open Center.
