SLEEP WORKSHOP

 

 

In this workshop you will learn new chakra techniques to put your body and mind to rest, helping you sleep soundly and wake up rested and refreshed in the morning.  These techniques also have physical, psychological and spiritual benefits.  While we will be reviewing some yoga poses that help with sleep, the focus will be on good sleep hygiene practices; and chakra and CBT techniques that help when you have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep. 

Two Mondays, February 5 and 12th, 2018
